David J. Hostuttler "Hos"

(1970 - 2002)

  Dave was such a handsome, talented, and funny guy.  He always looked for the positive side of a situation.  He was 31 yrs old and left a beautiful
daughter behind. Unfortunately she will never get a chance to know him
and never will thanks to this drug & the lifestyle it leads you to. Jails,  institutions, & Death. He had gotten out of jail and was released to a program, but had started using, so he was sent back to jail for three weeks.  He had only been out a couple of  hours before he got high.  He had been planning on getting high on Friday's only (after seeing his P.O.) Yea, Friday, March 22nd was the last time he got high & it cost him his life and our dreams.  No amount of medical help was able to bring him back, the drug was just too strong & lethal.  Please, if you see someone "go out", do not stick them in the shower or try to help them yourself. Call the paramedic's first, because only they have the right equipment & know what to do, timing is critical.
