   Chuck, also known as Bip, was a wonderful person who was nice to everyone. He loved his family and his friends with all his heart.  Please, if you know someone who does heroin, or any type of drug, get them help before it's too late. You don't want to have to go through what I went through, and I know a lot of other people went through this too. Everyone seems to think they are invincible and it won't happen to them but someday you will realize you are not invincible. So make the right decision..............
