William (Billy) L. Sidney

Billy had
a hundred stories and that many more jokes. He was always there for you.
Heroin took over his life, but not his personality, or the love he had to
give. We all miss him very much. Billy, I wish you were here. I miss you
so much, and not a day goes by that I don't think about you. There are so
many things that we were supposed to do........ I'll see you
again....someday........................... I love you......
