      Dear Joel, You died too young only 27 years old.  You left behind two beautiful sisters, Tara and Heather, and two beautiful nieces, Zoe and Skyler. You left behind so many memories. You were so talented, a gifted artist, a musician, a gentle soul adrift in a sea of painful addiction.  I will never understand the hold, the power, this drug had on you, but your leaving us has torn my soul asunder, my heart will mourn forever. You will always be my little boy, with the silly laugh, the smelly feet, and the sad eyes. I pray you have found a soft cloud to lay your head upon amid the angels where there is no pain or drugs or sadness or pain but only freedom to simply be...........Love, Mom
